Looking for Someone Interested in a Furnished Ville Apartment (or Just the Furniture!)
Hello! I’m graduating this May and looking for someone to take over my one-bedroom apartment in the Ville after my lease ends on 5/31.
My main goal is to find someone who wants to move into the apartment with the furniture already in it. Everything is in great condition, bought less than two years ago, and I’m offering it at a very friendly price — I’d love to pass it all on together rather than sell piece by piece.
If you’re only looking to buy the furniture and live elsewhere, that’s possible too — you’d need to arrange pick-up right after graduation (May 26th or 27th).
Here are the details:
Location: One-bedroom apartment in the Ville (Dartmouth House – 325 Dartmouth Ave)
Rooms: living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (in-unit washer and dryer!)
Cost: $1,299 (rent) + $120 (water, sewer, trash, heat)
Internet and electricity are paid separately, I usually spend around $80/month
Move-in date: Lease can start 6/15 or later — you’d sign directly with the property manager

(Possible) dog and house sitting needed May 20 – June 7
Might need a dog and house sitter in this window (not 100% sure yet, but will know soon). We have two somewhat lazy little shih tzus. They has some daily medicines (pills and oral liquids, eye drops), so person would need to be fairly comfortable with managing that!
Location is in Swarthmore about a mile from campus. House has a stand alone guest bedroom/mini-suite for person to use, with its own key, and you would have access to common spaces including nice kitchen, TV space, etc.

Looking to fill rooms for June/July/August in our cozy, 4-bedroom apartment, directly above Hobbs and Ship Bottom in the ville. The apartment will come fully furnished (chairs, desks, shelves, etc. in all bedrooms and a dining table with chairs). Other amenities include pre-installed box AC’s in all bedrooms and kitchen, one room with couch and TV, access to a rooftop deck, and kitchen stocked with dishes/utensils/etc. This is not a sublet and would involve signing a 3-month lease.
