Hello! I’m graduating this May and looking for someone to take over my one-bedroom apartment in the Ville after my lease ends on 5/31.

My main goal is to find someone who wants to move into the apartment with the furniture already in it. Everything is in great condition, bought less than two years ago, and I’m offering it at a very friendly price — I’d love to pass it all on together rather than sell piece by piece.

If you’re only looking to buy the furniture and live elsewhere, that’s possible too — you’d need to arrange pick-up right after graduation (May 26th or 27th).

Here are the details:
Location: One-bedroom apartment in the Ville (Dartmouth House – 325 Dartmouth Ave)

Rooms: living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (in-unit washer and dryer!)

Cost: $1,299 (rent) + $120 (water, sewer, trash, heat)
Internet and electricity are paid separately, I usually spend around $80/month

Move-in date: Lease can start 6/15 or later — you’d sign directly with the property manager
