I am a recent Swarthmore alum looking to sublet my room in a West Philly apartment for the summer (it would also be possible to be added to the lease starting in the fall).
The sublet could begin as soon as the end of May. The apartment is near several bus and trolley routes, the MFL, and regional rail.

Housesitting from June 24th-August 19th
We are looking for a responsible person to take care of our house for a couple of months over the summer, from June 24th to August 19th (or part of that). The house is about ten minutes’ walk from campus, not far from SRS. You would pay utilities but nothing else. Happy to discuss other details.
