I am looking to sublet an apartment near campus (Ideally within walking distance) between January 5 and 16 (11 nights total). Two people would be staying in the apartment, and we are more than happy to take care of pets, plants, or any other maintenance or upkeep requirements. We are willing to pay $400 or up to 50% of the rental cost for the apartment for one month, although if necessary we can also negotiate the price. Text or email me if interested.
