Garden Metal Sculpture
Hello,
I am currently a Senior at Swarthmore with one semester left! At my time here I have double majored in Art and Psychology. During my time here I had the blessing to work on a metal structure for about 2 years. Now that I have one semester left I’m hoping to find My Shrine of Servitude a loving home. The price is very negotiable as I mostly want to find a place where it can live a long life. My Shrine Of Servitude:
consists of 5 metal panels that are approximately 6 ft tall 2 1/2 ft wide and 3 ft long.
These panels were Mig welded by me.
4 panels made of Lace dipped into acrylic paint (waterproof) — these panels are optional
Babysitter/Petsitter
I’m a current Swarthmore student on-campus for most of June and July. I’d love to help locals with babysitting or petsitting as needed. I love working with kids; last summer I was a camp counselor for kids aged 5-11 at a tennis clinic, and I also helped similarly aged kids with sewing at a Fashion Camp. I’m a big fan of creative activities and engaging off-screen. At home I have two cats and a dog, and I love animals, so I’d also love to petsit if needed! I’m relatively flexible in terms of availability.
Yardwork very close to campus
Looking for help with yardwork (weeding, etc) and housework (decluttering/organizing) very close to campus. Hours are flexible.
Room Rental
One Bedroom Rental for a female available starting August 2, 2026. Home is one mile from campus. Includes full private bath, laundry on-site, storage area, utilities, wi-fi, driveway and off-street parking, use of deck and yard, along with other amenities. Dogsitting in August
We are looking for a responsible, dog-loving student or alumnus/a to stay in our house and take care of our very sweet two year old black lab. Willingness to go on three 30-minute walks a day in our immediate neighborhood (Swarthmore/Ridley) plus some supervised play sessions in back yard is a must. We also have three goldfish to feed every day.
Dates are not set in stone yet, but we are thinking 10 days in the middle of August. Central air, great Wifi in walking and/or biking distance from campus (5 car minutes).

Housing available in West Philly
I am a recent Swarthmore alum looking to sublet my room in a West Philly apartment for the summer (it would also be possible to be added to the lease starting in the fall).
The sublet could begin as soon as the end of May. The apartment is near several bus and trolley routes, the MFL, and regional rail.

Tutor/Tennis instructor
Hi, I’m a rising junior at Swat hoping to work with kids in some capacity this summer. I’m studying English Lit and Philosophy, and for the past two years I played on the Swat tennis team. I’d love to teach kids tennis or hit with anyone at any level. I’d also love to help high schoolers with college essay writing or kids of any age with writing or reading comprehension. I’ll be in Swarthmore during June and July, and I can tutor online from May to September.

West Philly Apt Sublet (June 14-July 24)
June 14–July 24 apartment sublet in West Philly, close to the 49th St SEPTA station.
It’s a charming place in a lovely neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops, and Clark Park is only a 7-minute walk away. Trolley and bus stops are also very close.
The apartment will have 2 window AC units. There’s no laundry in the building, but a laundromat is just a 2-minute walk away.
Rent is $1350/month + electricity (I’m willing to negotiate!). Wifi is already included.

Housesitting from June 24th-August 19th
We are looking for a responsible person to take care of our house for a couple of months over the summer, from June 24th to August 19th (or part of that). The house is about ten minutes’ walk from campus, not far from SRS. You would pay utilities but nothing else. Happy to discuss other details.

3D Printer For Sale
Selling a gently used ELEGOO Neptune 2 FDM 3D Printer with two rolls of PLA filament (white and gray). Printer has been assembled and used, and recommended to someone familiar with 3D printing or wanting to get started in the hobby. Some tinkering and adjustments may be required.
Selling for $200 all together.
