Trinity Thrift Shop Open 2/20
Dear Trinity Thrifties,
The snow and ice are *finally* melting so it’s time to start thinking about Spring! Join us at our next sale on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 20TH FROM 8:30AM TO 1PM!!!
The Designer Corner is the place to go to for new spring outfits. Don’t forget the kids!! We also have Easter and Spring decorations galore, area rugs, and linens, such as tablecloths, towels, and (my favorite section!) notions “by the bag”!
We take pride in the fact that all proceeds benefit charities in our community, such as City Team, Chester Eastside, Pathways PA, the Chester Children’s Chorus, and the Seamen’s Church Institute, among many others.

Seeking Piano Teacher for Young Beginners
We have two sons, ages 7 and 5, for whom we would like to find a piano teacher. If possible, we are looking for someone to come to our home in the Media area for a half hour lesson with each.
We’re looking for someone with experience who can provide at least a reference or two from a past or present client. We’re open to different approaches and already have the My First Piano Adventure series books by Faber (I used to teach piano lessons). Potentially interested in the Suzuki method with an experienced teacher.

I am a first-year student here at Swarthmore College that is willing to tutor students, preferably those of high-school age, in the Swarthmore and surrounding area. I also have prior experience tutoring.
For context, I am a prospective physics and economics major. I am willing to tutor math, history and related social science topics as well as basic biology.
Rate is ~$35 an hour, negotiable.

Wanted – house for rent
My partner and I grew up in Swarthmore and are interested in renting a house near the College campus or the Swarthmore train station. Ideally, we would rent from a professor who is leaving on sabbatical beginning August or September of 2026 and returning in August or September of 2027. I work in center city and my partner has family and friends nearby. We would need two parking spaces.

Au pair / babysitting job
We are moving to Media for 1 year to complete fellowships at Penn. We are looking to find an au pair who can help us babysit our 3 children for the summer & 2026/2027 school year (age 3, 11, 14). The job is flexible, but ideally we are looking for someone to help babysit the 3 year old during July and August until school starts. Once school starts we need someone to help watch kids after school for a few hours and babysit on occasional weekend evenings. Ideally the person would have a car and be able to help fetch from school if needed and supervise homework or play with the toddler. We’d like to develop a long term relationship with a single person for the year who can help regularly, particularly in weekday afternoons, and get to know the kids. 3D Printer For Sale
Selling a gently used ELEGOO Neptune 2 FDM 3D Printer with two rolls of PLA filament (white and gray). Printer has been assembled and used, and recommended to someone familiar with 3D printing or wanting to get started in the hobby. Some tinkering and adjustments may be required.
Selling for $200 all together.
